A delicious and refreshing dip that pairs perfectly with potato chips and vegetables. This easy recipe tastes even better after chilling in the refrigerator. Preparation Time: 10 minutes + 1 hour chilling time
Serving Size: About 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
- 2 large garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
- ½ teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- (A splash of Tabasco, optional)
Instructions:
1. In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, white wine vinegar, minced garlic, green onions, chives, parsley, and thyme.
2. Season the mixture with salt and black pepper to taste. If desired, add a splash of Tabasco.
3. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
4. Allow the dip to chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
5. Serve the ranch dip with potato chips or sliced vegetables.
