Ingredients:

- 400 g frozen fish fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried dill or fresh dill
- 1 dl cream or plant-based cream
- 1 dl grated cheese (e.g., Parmesan or Emmental)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Thaw the frozen fish by leaving it at room temperature or in cold water.
3. Prepare the marinade by mixing olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and dill in a bowl.
4. Place the thawed fish in a baking dish and pour the marinade over it, ensuring the fish is well coated.
5. Pour the cream mixture over the fish and sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
6. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, until the fish is cooked through and the cheese is golden brown.
7. Serve with boiled rice or potatoes.
