Delicious cinnamon rolls that delight with their aroma and flavor. Perfect for coffee breaks or as a snack! Preparation Time: 1 hour 30 minutes

Ingredients
- 2 cups milk- ½ cup butter
- 1 egg
- 1½ packets dry yeast or 50 g fresh yeast
- 10-12 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon cardamom
- 1 teaspoon salt
- A pinch of vanilla sugar
- Cinnamon (for topping)
- Pearl sugar (for topping)
- 1 egg (for brushing)
Instructions
1. Warm the milk until it is lukewarm.2. Add sugar, cardamom, salt, vanilla sugar, and the egg to the warm milk. Mix well.
3. If using dry yeast, mix it with a small amount of flour and add it to the dough. If using fresh yeast, crumble it into the milk and stir until dissolved.
4. Gradually add melted butter and flour to the mixture. Knead the dough until it is elastic and pulls away from the sides of the bowl.
5. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 30-40 minutes.
6. Roll out the risen dough into a flat sheet and spread cinnamon, sugar, and butter on top.
7. Roll the dough tightly into a log and cut into 2-3 cm thick slices.
8. Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let them rise for another 20 minutes.
9. Brush the buns with beaten egg and sprinkle with pearl sugar.
10. Bake at 200°C (about 400°F) for 10-15 minutes, until the buns are beautifully golden brown.
