A refreshing and nutritious smoothie perfect for a quick breakfast.

Ingredients:
- 0.5 dl quick oats
- 1 dl milk
- 1 dl water
- 1 dl plain yogurt or quark
- 1 dl berries (raspberries, strawberries, or blueberries)
Instructions:
1. Measure the quick oats, milk, water, yogurt or quark, and berries into a blender or immersion blender.
2. Blend the ingredients until smooth.
3. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately.
