Ingredients:

- 4 medium-sized potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Peel and wash the potatoes thoroughly. Cut them into strips or wedges.
2. Place the potatoes in a large bowl and add the olive oil. Mix well to ensure the oil coats all the potatoes.
3. Add salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Stir until the spices are evenly distributed.
4. Spread the seasoned potatoes evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 25-30 minutes or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy. Turn the fries halfway through to ensure even cooking.
6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
