Delicious and refreshing summer pastries perfect for summer celebrations or coffee breaks. These pastries combine sweet fruits with a soft dough. Preparation Time: 1 hour
Serving Size: 12 pastries
Ingredients:
- 200 g butter - 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 300 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 100 ml milk
- 200 g fresh fruits (e.g., strawberries, peaches, or kiwis)
- Powdered sugar for decoration
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a pastry pan.2. In a bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk. Mix until smooth.
5. Pour the batter into the pastry pan and smooth the top.
6. Chop the fruits into small pieces and arrange them on top of the batter.
7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the pastries are golden brown and cooked through.
8. Allow to cool before serving and dust with powdered sugar.
