Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 package Findus Beef Wok Dinner Chinese (600 g)
- 3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 3 sheets egg noodles
- 1 can coconut milk
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Bring water to a boil for the noodles.
2. Heat a splash of oil in a large skillet.
3. Pour the frozen beef wok mix into the skillet and stir-fry on high heat for 5-10 minutes, constantly turning.
4. Season with sweet chili sauce, brown sugar, and salt.
5. Cook the egg noodles separately according to package instructions, then add them to the wok pot.
6. Pour the coconut milk over the mixture and stir well.
7. Let it simmer for a while longer and serve hot.
