Ingredients:
- 1.5 cm piece of fresh turmeric - 1.5 cm piece of fresh ginger
- 1 stalk of celery
- 1 green apple
- A few drops of lemon juice
- (Optional sweetener, such as honey)
- 250 ml cold water
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the fresh turmeric and ginger. 2. Chop the celery and green apple.
3. Add all ingredients to a blender or immersion blender.
4. Blend until smooth.
5. If desired, strain the smoothie.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
