Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 3 eggs
- 150 g sugar
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth and combined.
3. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar together until the mixture is light and fluffy.
4. Add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg-sugar mixture and mix well.
5. In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, vanilla sugar, and salt. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the chocolate batter.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes.
7. Allow the cake to cool before serving. Optionally, dust with powdered sugar or serve with whipped cream.
