Ingredients:
- Pizza dough
- 200 g shrimp
- 200 g mozzarella cheese
- 100 g tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
2. Roll out the pizza dough to your desired size and place it on a baking sheet.
3. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza dough.
4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the tomato sauce.
5. Distribute the shrimp over the cheese.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Drizzle olive oil over the top.
8. Bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the top is a beautiful golden brown.
9. Remove the pizza from the oven and garnish with fresh basil before serving.
