A deliciously juicy grilled pork roast paired with a smoky bourbon-infused BBQ sauce.

Ingredients:

- 1 kg kasslerpaisti (pork loin)
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 2 tablespoons oil
Bourbon BBQ Sauce:
- 1 dl bourbon whiskey
- 2 dl tomato sauce
- 1 dl honey
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Season the kasslerpaisti with salt and black pepper.
2. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
3. Brush the kasslerpaisti with oil and place it on the grill.
4. Grill the roast for about 30-40 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F). Turn the roast regularly.
5. Prepare the BBQ sauce: Combine all sauce ingredients in a saucepan and heat over low heat. Allow it to simmer for about 10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
6. Serve the kasslerpaisti with the bourbon BBQ sauce.
