Ingredients:
- 125 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 egg
- 250 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 150 g blueberries
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a bowl, cream the butter and sugars together until light and fluffy.
3. Add the egg and mix well until combined.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder, then gradually add to the butter mixture.
5. Gently fold in the blueberries to the dough.
6. Drop small spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7. Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cookies are golden brown.
8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
