Ingredients
- 2 bananas - 150 g cranberries
- 200 ml water
Instructions
1. Peel and chop the bananas into small pieces. 2. Place the banana pieces and cranberries in a food processor and blend until smooth.
3. Add water to the mixture and mix well.
4. Line four small serving bowls with plastic wrap.
5. Pour the mixture into the bowls and smooth the surface.
6. Freeze for about 6 hours or until the sorbet is completely frozen.
7. Unmold the sorbet onto plates and enjoy!
