Delicious chicken skewers infused with the famous North African spice blend, Ras el Hanout, and sweetened with dates.

Ingredients:

- 500 g chicken fillets
- 2 tbsp Ras el Hanout spice blend
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 8-10 dates (pitted)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions:

1. Cut the chicken fillets into bite-sized pieces.
2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, Ras el Hanout, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
3. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and mix well. Let marinate in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
4. Cut the dates in half.
5. Thread the marinated chicken pieces and dates onto the skewers alternately.
6. Preheat the grill or frying pan over medium heat.
7. Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown, turning regularly.
8. Serve hot, alongside rice or salad.
