Ingredients:
- 3 ripe bananas
- 2 dl sugar
- 1 dl oil
- 2 eggs
- 4 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
2. Mash the bananas in a bowl.
3. Add sugar, oil, and eggs to the mashed bananas. Mix well.
4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
5. Add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture and stir until smooth.
6. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
7. Bake in the oven for about 45-50 minutes, until the cake is golden brown and cooked through.
8. Allow to cool before serving.
