Delicious scallops served in a Japanese style, dipped in soy sauce and wasabi mayonnaise. Perfect as an appetizer or a light main course.

Serving Size: 2-4 people

Ingredients:

- 300 g fresh scallops
- 3 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp wasabi powder
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs for garnish (e.g., cilantro or chives)

Instructions:

1. Rinse the scallops thoroughly in cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
2. Prepare the wasabi mayonnaise by mixing mayonnaise, wasabi powder, and lemon juice in a bowl. Adjust the amount of wasabi to your taste.
3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the scallops. Cook for about 1-2 minutes on each side until they are beautifully golden brown and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Serve the scallops warm with dips. Place the dark soy sauce and wasabi mayonnaise in separate dishes.
5. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
