Serving Size: 10 small bites

Ingredients:

- 10 small potatoes
- 4 eggs
- 100 g chive cream cheese
- 1-2 tsp milk
- 1 can pickled herring
- 1 red onion
- Fresh dill
- Cocktail sticks

Instructions:

1. Boil the potatoes with their skins in salted water until tender. Let them cool and peel.
2. Boil the eggs for about 10 minutes until hard. Cool, peel, and chop into small pieces.
3. In a bowl, mix together the chive cream cheese, milk, pickled herring, and chopped red onion. Add the chopped eggs and stir well.
4. Cut the boiled potatoes in half and scoop out a little of the inside to make room for the filling.
5. Fill the potatoes with the prepared mixture.
6. Garnish with fresh dill and use cocktail sticks for serving.
