Ingredients:

- 200 g digestive biscuits
- 100 g melted butter
- 400 g cream cheese
- 200 g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 3 dl cream
- 1 dl lemon juice
- 300 g fresh berries (e.g., strawberries, blueberries)
- Edible flowers for decoration (e.g., edible pansies)

Instructions:

1. Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs and mix with the melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a cake pan.
2. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla sugar together until smooth.
3. Add the whipped cream and lemon juice to the cream cheese mixture. Gently fold until all ingredients are well combined.
4. Pour the filling over the biscuit base and smooth the top.
5. Allow the tart to set in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
6. Before serving, decorate the tart with fresh berries and edible flowers.
