A delicious and tropical dish featuring succulent giant prawns and sweet pineapple, perfect for grilling.

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 500 g giant prawns
- 1 fresh pineapple
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 lime (juice and zest)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers
Instructions:
1. Peel and cut the pineapple into cubes.
2. In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, and lime zest. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Add the giant prawns to the marinade and mix well. Let them marinate in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
4. Thread the pineapple and prawns alternately onto the skewers.
5. Preheat the grill to medium heat and grill the skewers for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until the prawns are cooked and the pineapple has a nice color.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
