- Cold-smoked horse meat

Instructions:
1. Prepare the mushroom salad and spread it on top of the rye crispbread.2. Top another piece of rye crispbread with cold-smoked horse meat.
3. Arrange Russian pickles on a serving plate and serve with honey and sour cream.
4. Prepare the marinated beets and place them on the plate.
5. Serve pickled onions and olives separately.
6. Steam the broccoli and season it with butter, salt, and pepper.
7. Arrange all prepared appetizers beautifully on a platter and enjoy the delights of the Christmas table.
