A delicious and rich drink, especially popular during the Christmas season. Perfect as a dessert or for festive gatherings!

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 dl heavy cream
- 4 dl whole milk
- 4 egg yolks
- 0.75 dl brown sugar
- 0.5 dl rum (or brandy)
- Nutmeg
Instructions:
1. Whip the heavy cream and set aside.
2. Heat the whole milk until it reaches a boil.
3. In a saucepan, whisk the egg yolks and brown sugar until frothy, heating the mixture continuously.
4. Add the hot milk and rum to the egg yolk mixture, stirring well.
5. Season the mixture with nutmeg.
6. Pour the drink into glasses and top with whipped cream.
7. Garnish with grated chocolate.
