A luxurious and delicious drink that combines cognac, rum, and a creamy flavor. An excellent treat for cold winter evenings.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes + chilling 2 hours
Serving Size: 6 servings
Ingredients:
- 0.5 dl cognac
- 5 dl milk
- 5 egg yolks
- 2 tbsp dark rum
- 4 dl heavy cream
- 1 dl brown sugar
Instructions:
1. Set aside half of the heavy cream for garnish.
2. In a pitcher, combine the cognac, milk, egg yolks, dark rum, remaining heavy cream, and brown sugar. Mix well.
3. Place the pitcher in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to allow the flavors to meld.
4. Pour the drink into glasses and top with whipped cream before serving.
