Ingredients:
- 100 g gluten-free gingerbread cookies - 50 g plain cream cheese
- 130 g white chocolate
- Various sprinkles
Instructions:
1. Crush the gluten-free gingerbread cookies into fine crumbs. 2. Mix the crushed cookies with the cream cheese until well combined.
3. Melt 25 g of white chocolate and stir it into the cookie mixture.
4. Shape the mixture into 12 balls and place them on a plate lined with parchment paper.
5. Chill the balls in the refrigerator or freezer for a short while to firm up.
6. Melt the remaining white chocolate.
7. Remove the balls from the cold and dip each one into the melted white chocolate using a fork or spoon.
8. Place the balls back on the parchment paper and sprinkle with your choice of sprinkles or decorations.
9. Return the balls to the refrigerator to set.
