Ingredients:

- 1 kg Christmas ham
- 500 g potatoes
- 300 g carrots
- 200 g Brussels sprouts
- 300 g red cabbage
- 100 ml mustard
- 2 tbsp honey
- 100 ml cream
- 100 g sliced almonds
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp thyme

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
2. Cook the Christmas ham in the oven for about 1-1.5 hours until it’s beautifully golden brown.
3. Peel and slice the potatoes and carrots. Boil them in salted water for 15-20 minutes until tender.
4. Steam the Brussels sprouts for about 10 minutes.
5. Chop the red cabbage and sauté it in a pan with a little oil until softened.
6. Prepare the mustard-honey sauce by mixing together the mustard, honey, and cream.
7. Combine the boiled potatoes, carrots, and Brussels sprouts with the sauce and add the sliced almonds.
8. Season the red cabbage with salt, pepper, and thyme.
9. Serve all dishes beautifully arranged alongside the Christmas ham.
