Ingredients:
- 800 g potatoes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Peel and cut the potatoes into long sticks.
2. Pre-boil the potatoes in boiling water for about 5 minutes until slightly soft. Drain and let cool.
3. Place the potatoes in a bowl and add the olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Mix well to ensure the spices are evenly distributed.
4. Spread the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake at 200°C (392°F) for about 20-25 minutes, or until the fries are golden brown and crispy. Turn the fries halfway through the baking time.
6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
