A delicious and hearty dish that combines a traditional recipe with winter vegetables. This version is particularly flavorful and offers a great way to increase vegetable intake in your diet. Preparation Time: 1 hour 15 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 4 potatoes (400 g, peeled) - 100 g celeriac (peeled)
- 150 g parsnip (peeled)
- 2 onions (150 g, peeled)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 can of good anchovy fillets
- 2 dl cream
- 1 dl milk
Instructions:
1. Peel the potatoes, celeriac, and parsnip. Cut them into strips or use a slicer.2. Combine the strips in a bowl and transfer them to a baking dish.
3. Add the anchovy fillets along with their liquid to the vegetables and mix the ingredients lightly.
4. Pour the cream over the vegetables. Rinse the cream container with milk and pour that into the dish as well.
5. Bake at 225°C (437°F) for about 60 minutes, until the vegetables are tender and the top is beautifully golden brown.
6. Let it rest for a moment before serving.
