- 1 dl tofu mayonnaise
- 1 pack spelt crispbread
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Fresh herbs (e.g., basil or parsley) for garnish
Instructions:
1. Prepare the tofu mayonnaise by blending Jalotofu, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper in a blender until smooth.
2. Cut the spelt crispbread into bite-sized pieces.
3. Spread the tofu mayonnaise over the pieces of spelt crispbread.
4. Garnish with fresh herbs.
