A delicious giant sweet bun filled with whipped cream and jam, perfect for celebrations.
Preparation Time: 1 hour
Serving Size: 8-10 servings
Ingredients:
- 5 dl oat flour
- 2 dl sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 dl coconut milk
- 100 g melted butter
- Whipped cream for filling
- Jam (e.g., raspberry or cranberry jam) for filling
- Frozen raspberries
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, mix together the oat flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
2. Add the coconut milk and melted butter to the mixture, stirring until a smooth dough forms.
3. Pour the dough into a greased baking dish or pan.
4. Bake at 175°C (350°F) for about 30-40 minutes, or until the bun is cooked through and golden brown.
5. Allow the bun to cool slightly before filling.
6. Cut off the top of the bun and carefully scoop out a little of the inside to make room for the fillings.
7. Fill the bun with whipped cream and jam, then add the frozen raspberries.
8. Replace the top of the bun and serve sliced. Enjoy!
