Ingredients:
- 2 apples
- 1 handful of rolled oats
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- A splash of milk
- 0.5 package of mint chocolate ice cream
Instructions:
1. Peel the apples and slice them.
2. Place the apple slices in a baking dish.
3. In a bowl, mix the rolled oats, cinnamon, and sugar. Sprinkle the mixture over the apple slices.
4. Pour a splash of milk over the apples and oat mixture.
5. Bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 20 minutes or until the apples are soft and the oats are golden brown.
6. Serve warm with mint chocolate ice cream on the side.
