A wonderful and delicious lunch to celebrate Father’s Day, perfect for the whole family! Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 people
Ingredients:
- 400 g chicken fillets - 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 200 g green beans
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 avocado
- 100 g feta cheese
- 1/2 dl fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic dressing
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. 2. Season the chicken fillets with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Cook the chicken in the skillet for about 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
3. Boil the green beans in salted water for about 3-4 minutes until slightly tender. Drain and rinse with cold water.
4. Halve the cherry tomatoes and slice the avocado.
5. Place the cooked chicken fillets on plates and arrange the green beans, cherry tomatoes, and avocado beside them.
6. Crumble feta cheese over the servings and add fresh basil.
7. Drizzle balsamic dressing over the plates before serving.
