Ingredients:

- 4 large potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary (optional)

Instructions:

1. Peel and wash the potatoes. Cut them into thin strips lengthwise.
2. Place the potato strips in a bowl and add the olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and rosemary. Mix well to ensure the spices coat the potatoes evenly.
3. Spread the seasoned potato strips in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Bake in the oven at 220°C (428°F) for about 20-25 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy, flipping them halfway through for even cooking.
5. Remove from the oven and serve warm.
