Ingredients:

- 2 ripe bananas
- 200 g frozen strawberries
- 250 ml almond milk (or other plant-based milk)
- 1 tbsp honey (or agave syrup)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ dl yogurt (optional)

Instructions:

1. Peel and chop the bananas.
2. Add the bananas, frozen strawberries, almond milk, honey, chia seeds, and vanilla extract to a blender.
3. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
4. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey.
5. Pour the smoothie into glasses and optionally top with yogurt or fresh berries.
