A delicious and nutritious smoothie packed with the goodness of bananas and cacao. Perfect for a quick breakfast or a refreshing snack. Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Serving Size: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 bananas
- 200 ml almond milk
- 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons shelled hemp seeds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
1. Peel the bananas and chop them into a bowl.
2. Add almond milk, raw cacao powder, honey or maple syrup, hemp seeds, vanilla extract, and salt to the bowl.
3. Blend all ingredients in a blender until the smoothie is completely smooth.
4. Add ice cubes if desired and blend again until crushed.
5. Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately!
