These delicious seed buns are a perfect snack or accompaniment to any meal. Packed with nutrients and fiber, they're easy to make!

Ingredients:

- 3 cups warm water
- 1 packet (30 g) yeast
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3 teaspoons salt
- 2 cups spelt flour
- 1.5 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup wheat bran
- 1 cup seeds (such as sunflower or pumpkin seeds)

Instructions:

1. Warm the water until it's lukewarm and dissolve the yeast in it.
2. Add sugar and salt, stirring well to combine.
3. Mix in the spelt flour, whole wheat flour, wheat bran, and seeds until the dough is smooth.
4. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until it becomes elastic.
5. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rest for about 30 minutes until it doubles in size.
6. Divide the dough into 12 pieces and shape them into buns.
7. Place the buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let them rise for another 15-20 minutes.
8. Bake in a preheated oven at 450°F (225°C) for about 15-20 minutes, until the buns are golden brown.
9. Allow to cool on a rack before serving.
