Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1 apple
- 150 g frozen berries (e.g., strawberries or blueberries)
- 200 ml yogurt (e.g., Greek yogurt)
- 100 ml milk (or plant-based milk)
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
- A few ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
1. Peel the banana and apple. Chop them into small pieces.
2. Place the banana, apple, frozen berries, yogurt, and milk in a blender.
3. Add honey and ice cubes if desired.
4. Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
5. Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
