Avocado Poached Egg Bagel: - 1 bagel
- 2 eggs
- A splash of vinegar
- 1 avocado
- A few slices of strong cheese
- Butter

Kiwi Smoothie:
- 2 kiwis
- 1 banana
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup orange juice
Instructions
1. Poach the Eggs: - Bring water to a boil and add a splash of vinegar.
- Stir the water with a spoon to create a whirlpool, then gently pour in the egg.

2. Prepare the Bagel:
