A delicious addition to any celebration or a sweet treat to satisfy your cravings. Preparation time is about 30 minutes and yields approximately 20 bonbons.Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 100 g milk chocolate
- 100 g cream cheese
- 50 g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 50 g nuts (such as hazelnuts or almonds)
- Cocoa powder for coating
Instructions:
1. Melt the dark and milk chocolates in a double boiler or microwave.
2. Mix the melted chocolate with the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
3. Chop the nuts and fold them into the chocolate mixture. Mix well.
4. Pour the mixture into molds or drop onto parchment paper in small mounds.
5. Let the bonbons set in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
6. Once set, roll the bonbons in cocoa powder and serve.
