A delightful creamy raw chocolate cake that will enchant chocolate lovers. This treat is perfect for serving at coffee gatherings or satisfying sugar cravings. Preparation Time: 30 min + 2 hours chilling
Serving Size: 10 pieces
Ingredients:
- 200 g nuts (e.g., walnuts or almonds)
- 10 dates, pitted
- 4 tbsp cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup or honey (to taste)
- A pinch of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Soak the nuts in water for about 2 hours, then rinse them.
2. Place the soaked nuts, dates, cocoa powder, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, salt, and vanilla extract in a blender.
3. Blend the ingredients until smooth. If necessary, add a little water to make the mixture moldable.
4. Line a cake pan with parchment paper and press the mixture firmly into the base.
5. Place the cake in the refrigerator to set for at least 2 hours.
6. Cut the chilled cake into pieces and serve.
