A delicious and festive dish perfect for New Year's celebrations, combining the rich flavor of lobster with creamy, cheesy fillings that are baked to perfection.

Ingredients:

- 2 fresh lobsters
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 200 ml cream
- 100 g grated cheese (e.g., Gruyère or Emmental)
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Boil the lobsters in salted water for about 10-15 minutes until cooked. Cool and split the lobsters lengthwise.
2. Remove the lobster meat from the shells and chop it into small pieces.
3. In a pan, melt the butter and add the onion and garlic. Sauté until soft.
4. Add the chopped lobster meat to the pan and stir to combine.
5. Pour the cream into the pan and add the grated cheese, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well and simmer on low heat until the mixture thickens.
6. Fill the lobster shells with the mixture and sprinkle a bit more cheese on top.
7. Bake in the oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 10-15 minutes or until the top is beautifully golden brown.
8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
