Ingredients:
- 200 ml plant-based milk (e.g., almond or oat milk)
- 1 banana
- 100 g frozen strawberries
- 100 g yogurt (or kefir)
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
1. Place all ingredients into a blender.
2. Blend on high until the smoothie is completely smooth.
