These delicious oven-baked French fries are easy to make and are the perfect side dish for any meal.

Ingredients:

- 800 g potatoes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary (optional)

Instructions:

1. Peel and rinse the potatoes. Cut them into even sticks, about 1 cm thick.
2. Pre-cook the potato sticks in boiling water for about 5 minutes. Drain well.
3. Place the potatoes in a bowl and add olive oil and spices. Toss well until the potatoes are evenly coated.
4. Spread the potatoes out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for about 20-25 minutes, until the fries are golden brown and crispy. Turn the fries halfway through the baking time.
6. Serve immediately while warm.
