A delicious chocolate cake perfect for chocolate lovers! It’s rich yet not overly sweet, and it will please everyone. Preparation time is about 45 minutes, and it serves about 8.
Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C for fan ovens).
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until smooth.
3. Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the sugar. Mix well.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, stirring well after each addition.
5. Stir in the flour, cocoa powder, vanilla sugar, and salt until the batter is smooth.
6. Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan.
7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes. The cake is done when the surface is firm, but the center should be slightly moist.
8. Allow to cool before serving.
