A delicious and filling pizza that combines tuna, shrimp, and pineapple. Perfect for gatherings or family dinners! Preparation time: 1 hour
Serving size: 4 servings
Ingredients
- 125 g canned tuna in oil- 2 tbsp shredded cheese (12% fat)
- 1 packet tomato ketchup
- 1.5 dl dry yeast
- Water (as needed)
- 90 g canola oil
- 1.5 tsp shrimp
- 140 g iodized table salt
- 140 g fatty bacon
- Wheat flour (as needed)
- 140 g canned pineapple in its own juice
- Tomato paste or puree (to taste)
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix dry yeast and wheat flour. Add water and canola oil, and knead into a dough.2. Let the dough rise in a warm place under a cloth for about 30 minutes.
3. Roll out the risen dough into a pizza base and transfer it to a baking paper.
4. Spread the tomato ketchup evenly over the pizza base.
5. Evenly distribute the tuna, shrimp, bacon, and pineapple over the pizza.
6. Add tomato paste or puree to taste, and sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
7. Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 220°C (428°F) for about 15-20 minutes or until the base is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
