Ingredients:
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 100 g butter or margarine
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
Instructions:
1. Melt butter and dark chocolate together in a saucepan over low heat.
2. In a bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar.
3. Add the melted chocolate to the mixture and stir well.
4. Incorporate the milk, flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and cocoa powder. Mix until you have a smooth batter.
5. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 °C (350 °F) for about 25-30 minutes or until the cake is cooked through (test with a toothpick).
7. Allow to cool before serving.
