Ingredients:

- 200 g dark chocolate
- 100 g milk chocolate
- 50 g butter
- 1 tsp peppermint oil
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 100 ml cream
- 100 g mint candies (crushed)

Instructions:

1. Melt the dark and milk chocolate along with the butter in a double boiler or microwave. Stir in the peppermint oil.
2. Pour the chocolate mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spread it into an even layer.
3. Allow the chocolate layer to cool at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
4. In a bowl, whip the cream and powdered sugar together until fluffy.
5. Spread the whipped cream mixture evenly over the chocolate layer.
6. Sprinkle the crushed mint candies on top of the cream layer.
7. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, until the mixture is fully set.
8. Cut into pieces and serve.
