A refreshing cold soup perfect for hot summer days. Preparation Time: 40 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 liter buttermilk
- 100 g fresh cucumber
- 1 tomato
- 3 pickles (dill or sour)
- 4 radishes
- 4-5 sprigs of fresh dill (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Rinse and chop the fresh cucumber, tomato, pickles, and radishes into small pieces.
2. Add all the chopped vegetables into a bowl.
3. Pour the buttermilk over the vegetables and mix well.
4. Season with salt and pepper according to your taste.
5. Allow the soup to chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
6. Serve cold and garnish with fresh dill if desired.
