Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 g flour
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a double boiler or microwave. Stir until smooth.
2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Add the chocolate-butter mixture to the egg mixture and mix well.
4. Stir in the flour, vanilla sugar, and salt until you have a smooth batter.
5. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
6. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 25-30 minutes. The cake is done when the surface is set but slightly gooey in the center.
