Ingredients:
- 2 eggs - 1 avocado
- 2 olives
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Slice of bread (optional)
Instructions:
1. Boil the eggs to your desired doneness (about 6-8 minutes). 2. Cool the eggs in cold water and peel them carefully.
3. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop out the flesh and mash it with a fork. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Place the boiled eggs on a plate and spoon the avocado mash on top.
5. Halve the olives and place them on the eggs as "eyes."
6. Serve with bread or enjoy as is.
