Description: A refreshing and nutritious smoothie packed with fresh berries and creamy yogurt, perfect for a summer treat.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup fresh currants
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1 cup milk (or plant-based milk)
- Ice (optional)
Instructions:
1. Rinse all the berries thoroughly and place them in a blender.
2. Peel and chop the bananas, then add them to the berries.
3. Pour in the yogurt, honey, and milk into the blender.
4. Blend all the ingredients until smooth. If you prefer a colder smoothie, add ice and blend again.
5. Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately!
