Hääbrunssi - A Delightful Brunch for Special Occasions

Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 200 g cream cheese
- 1 dl cream
- 150 g smoked salmon slices
- 1 avocado
- 1 small red onion
- 1 dl fresh dill
- 1 dl fresh herbs (such as basil and parsley)
- 1 pack of croissants
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Boil the eggs to your desired doneness and cool them in cold water.
2. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, cream, salt, and pepper until smooth.
3. Slice the smoked salmon, avocado, and red onion. Chop the fresh herbs as well.
4. Cut the croissants in half and lightly toast them.
5. Spread the cream cheese mixture on top of the croissant halves, then add the smoked salmon, avocado, red onion, and herbs.
6. Peel and slice the boiled eggs. Place the slices on top of the filling.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy with friends!
